Celesta serves within the Healthcare program for G.O.D. and has been a participant with G.O.D. since 2003. She received a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Trevecca Nazarene University and is a certified Childbirth Educator. Her areas of expertise include: women and children’s health, maternal care and childbirth education.
Celesta, along with her husband Derek, and their two children, Esther and Adia, has spent an extended amount of time living in East Africa, where she and her family plan to move and serve in the near future. She is driven by her desire for the women and children of East Africa to find health, education, and empowerment through God’s word. Her experiences in East Africa, knowledge of the Bible, and dedication to her development as an educator makes her healthcare classes personal and foundational for those who are learning how to alleviate suffering from preventable sickness and disease.
Derek, his wife, Celesta, and their two daughters, Esther and Adia, have spent extended amounts of time in East Africa where they plan to live and serve in the near future. His commitment and burden for the people of East Africa is evident in the way that he lives and teaches. His experiences abroad along with his work in cross-cultural communications for G.O.D. greatly strengthen his classes and ability to educate others in such a necessary skill for relationship building and development. In the future, he hopes to participate in communal governance and development along with the people of East Africa by implementing programs to educate and empower them within their own culture.
Nate serves in the Biblical Studies program for G.O.D. and he has been a participant with G.O.D. since 2004. He received his B.A. in Biblical Studies from the Institute for G.O.D. and currently his areas of instruction include Old Testament Studies and Hebrew.
Nate, his wife, Cannon, and his son, Daniel plan to live and serve the people of Southeast Asia in the near future. Nate has spent time living in the Philippines, developing relationships and empowering others through Biblical Education. His own education in God’s word at G.O.D. coupled with his commitment to the people of the Philippines, has given him a burden to empower others through education. In the future, his hope is to participate in the development of biblically rooted communities in the Philippines that are governed according to the Word of God.
Britt serves within the multimedia program for G.O.D. and has been a participant with G.O.D. since 2006. He received a B.S. in Video Production with a Minor in Music from Barton College. His areas of expertise and instruction include media production and music education.
Britt, his wife, Cadle, and his two children, Reagan and Oscar, plan to serve the people of Latin America in the future. His experience and education has made him passionate to empower students to critically think and be creative. In the classroom, Britt focuses on teaching students various multimedia and musical skills that are beneficial for our work both in the United States and abroad. In the future, his desire is to participate in the development and empowerment of healthy communities within Latin America.
Cadle serves in the development and communication of the writing and literature courses at G.O.D. and has been a participant with G.O.D. since 2004. Cadle earned a B.A. in English and Minor in Religion from Lee University. Her areas of expertise and instruction include writing, literature, and editing.
Cadle and her husband, Britt, along with their two sons, Reagan and Oscar, are preparing to live and serve the people of Latin America in the future. Her passion for writing and literature, coupled with her love for the word of God, helps her to empower others to write well and learn how to effectively communicate.
Shaun serves within the history and general education programs for G.O.D. and has been a participant with G.O.D since 2005. Shaun received a B.A. in History and Minor in Political Science from the University of Tennessee. His areas of expertise include religion, Empire History, and the History of Christianity.
Shaun and his wife, Candace, and their two children, Elijah and Noah, plan to live with and serve the people of Southeast Asia. His knowledge of history and education in God’s Word is the basis of his curriculum. His desire is to empower students to critically evaluate history in light of the Word of God. In the future, Shaun hopes to participate in the empowerment of people in South East Asia through education.
Gregg has played an integral role in the development and functioning of G.O.D. since its beginning. He earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies and a B.A. in Music Theory and Composition from Azusa Pacific University. He has developed curriculum for the Biblical Studies, Missiology, and Masters programs for G.O.D. His areas of expertise and instruction include community governance and development, missiology, anthropology, ecclesial and generational studies, and biblical studies.
Gregg and his wife Tara have three children, Genesis, Justice, and Xavier. He has also spent a vast amount of time serving in East Africa, India, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. These cross-cultural experiences inform the theology presented in the courses he teaches. He serves in order to educate and empower the students at G.O.D. so that the poor and oppressed whom the students will one day serve will also receive empowerment and an education in the Word of God.
Tara plays a foundational administrative and teaching role in the Childbirth Education Program for G.O.D. She has also had an instrumental role in the development of the movement since its beginning. She received a BSW in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University, Doula Certification and Childbirth Educator Certification from Childbirth International. Her areas of expertise include labor and birth, childbirth education, and lactation.
Tara and her husband Gregg, have three children, Genesis, Justice, and Xavier. Together they participate in the education and empowerment of students at G.O.D. Her education in the Word of God, coupled with her passion for serving and educating women in bringing forth life inform her curriculum within the classroom. She hopes to empower her students to participate in the humanization of both women and babies in pregnancy, birth, and the post-partum period, through an education rooted in the Word of God.
Robert has played a foundational teaching and administrative role within the Healthcare program for G.O.D. and has been a participant within G.O.D. since 2000. He received a B.S. in Biology from Azusa Pacific University. Currently his areas of expertise and instruction include primary health care, public health, CPR, malaria prevention, and domestic and third world vaccinations.
Robert, along with his wife, Heather, and their four children, Luci, Josi, Robert and Isaac, will serve in India in the future. He has spent an extended amount of time in India, studying communal health issues that have helped him develop his curriculum in the classroom. His desire is to teach students how to properly care for people, not only through good health care, but also through being like Jesus. In the future, he wants to participate with and empower the people of India to restore and create healthy living environments.
Joel serves within the Missiology and General Education programs for G.O.D. and has been a participant with G.O.D. since 2002. He earned a B.A. of Economics and Finance from Bethel University (MN) with a Minor in Arts and Small Business Administration. His areas of expertise include graphic design and layout, photography, videography, and building and design.
Joel, along with his wife, Rachel, and two children, Moriah and Ethan, has spent extensive time in the Philippines where they plan to one day live and serve. His education and experience abroad, have helped him develop a curriculum that teaches students practical skills and missiology. In the future, he hopes to empower the people of South East Asia with God’s Word and help them to create sustainable and healthy living environments.
Paul has played a foundational role in the movement’s development and has been a participant since 2002. He received a B.A. in Business Administration Finance from Bethel University (MN) and a B.A. in Biblical Studies from the Institute for G.O.D. Int’l. His areas of expertise and instruction include New Testament studies, Greek, music and media communications, and practical ministry.
Paul, along with his wife Heather, have two children, Asher and Qolbe, and are expecting their third child in May. Paul has spent a significant amount of time in India, learning to develop programs for the education and empowerment of the poor. His desire is to empower students to critically think and communicate about God’s Word. In the future, Paul and his family plan to live in India, where they will serve to empower and educate others concerning communal development governed by the Word of God.
Jason serves to help meet the administration and organizational needs of G.O.D. and has played an instrumental role in the movement’s development. He received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Azusa Pacific University. His areas of expertise and include: athletics, health, administration, and third world development.
He and his wife Tori have four children, Kiah, Eved, Jaelyn, and Abela. Together they are currently preparing to live with and serve alongside the people of Latin America. Jason is driven by his desire to live according to God’s word and empower others through education. He is passionate about teaching students to critically think, be creative, and effectively communicate so they can correctly represent God to the world. In the future, Jason plans on participating in community government and development by empowering the people of Latin America with education and God’s Word.
Jeff has been involved with the development of the Linguistics program at G.O.D. and has been a participant with G.O.D since 2004. He earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Linguistics from Moody Bible Institute and is currently working to obtain a Master’s degree in Linguistics from The University of North Dakota. Jeff’s areas of expertise and instruction include socio-linguistics, Hindi, and New Testament Studies.
Jeff’s studies and developmental work abroad have informed the missiology and linguistics courses he teaches. He is passionate about helping students connect with God’s Word and show their understanding of it through the way they communicate and live. In the future, Jeff plans to live among the people of India, empowering them through literacy work and an education rooted in the Word of God.
