Wonderfully said, Chelsea. Every person in the United States needs to read this, and, i'm sure, many of the other stories that come out of the 3rd world countries. I love your beautiful heart.

Chelsea was a small child when her father saw her in a vision wearing a white flowing robe and she was barefooted. When her Daddy asked the Lord about her being barefooted, His reply was "She is on foreign soil." We knew from that time on, Chelsea would be at the very least, going on mission trips to serve. She has always had a servant's heart. We are proud of her and her husband Stephen, for the sacrifices that they are making and will make as they eventually make their home in India. I have no doubt that they will be a blessing to the people there and God will bless them as they serve. I love you honey. Mom

Fleeing to the city (even a city abroad) is so common for the Filipino. It is a sad reality as in pursuit to survive in their own land they must leave their own families, homes, and communities. Too many kids in the PI have fathers abroad and too many wives are maintaining a household without the presence of their husband. Yet, the land of the Philippines is vast with resources for not only food, but also shelter and even medicinal purposes. I pray and dream too that such a people can return to their land, both geographically and with the rights to use it for life.
